![]() There was only one toilet downstairs.behind the restaurant. The first time we have ever had to do this and we have travelled extensively. We lost a whole morning of our 6 day break and it was a terrible start. There was a room to change in but we were exhausted and unprepared so got overheated in our UK clothes on a sunbed in the shade. We could not get all inclusive drinks or food.anything consumed had to be paid for. We were given a lovely welcome with a small tropical drink then had to wait about 4 hours until we could get in our room. Nearly all flights come in early but rooms are not available until at least 14.00. You can have free boat trips for snorkelling on the reef and other water activities Now the negatives.the whole check in process was a nightmare. The pool is warm and sunbeds are comfortable. Buses were close and there were some shops close by. You could walk along the sand to Flic n Flac one way along the front of bigger hotels (where you could buy drinks and food) the other way. The garden was beautifully kept and the beach above the sea line was soft sand kept very clean. Loved our balcony which had a lovely view over the garden and out to sea giving beautiful view at sunset. Our room (221) was big, with a huge comfortable bed, loads of storage space, a great shower and pleasant decor. Patrick in the bar gave us extra special treatment, thank you Patrick. For our anniversary we were deligjted to be greeted by bubbly, fruit and gifts in our room. Always smiling and doing everything they could to make our stay special. First, the positives.all the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Just returned from six nights at this hotel. Next time we will use the boat house facilities.… We will be back for more fun and this hotel tops our preference list now. I want to say a massive thanks to the Hotel team, special thanks to Rajah, Nitish, Pooja, Avinash and Patrick at the bar and many more. Mr Rajah and the team offered us the best experience of our stay. The people makes you feel at home and very helpful. I would strongly recommend dinners, lunch or breakfast in this restaurant even if you are not staying at the hotel. The juices were fresh and the coffee machine was a treat. Fresh local fruits were in abundance at all time. We had the english breakfast with nice sausages, mushroom, baked beans, eggs and toast. The breakfast was beyond our expectation. We had chinese, indian, italian and mauritian. We had the buffet style and the choice was fantastic. The best located restaurant in mauritius. The sea facing restaurant is out of this world. The bar men were very knowledgeable and offered us all the cocktails that matched our taste and choice. The all inclusive package is the one to go after. Bar was very well equipped with alcohol in abundance at all time. Toilet and facilities were all good and very clean. We had a good tv with local channels to enjoy. You can reach the restaurants, pool, bar and the sea within 2-3 mins walk. The rooms are very well situated close to all the facilities. The sea and beach is within 2 mins walk from my room and gave us the best opportunity to enjoy the beach and sea more often than we have had in other hotels. The heated pool by the bar and the restaurant is fantastic and very nice. I strongly recommend friends and family to choose this hotel for all your celebrations. ![]() We were left amazed by how the hotel crew handled the party from start to finish. Mr Rajah ( The Manager) helped organised the party and it was the best first birthday we could have for our daughter.
